We all have either been through or know someone who has or is going through a burdensome time in their lives. Unfortunately, the events of 2020 have diminished many people’s ability to overcome hardship or challenges and expanded the need for support and care in these difficult times.
We are here to help!
The Mental Health Foundation’s mission:
- Raise awareness and change perceptions of mental health issues
- Expand on existing and future education in the mental health community
- Reduce the sense of shame often associated with mental health and behavioral conditions
- Expand awareness and education about suicide prevention, addiction, trauma, and bullying
